By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Products & Descriptions

We specialize in selling sarees and related fashion products.

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Product descriptions are provided for guidance only and may contain minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via message/email.

Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

For your satisfaction, please check the product in front of the delivery man.

Customers must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product with clear photos or videos as proof.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

No return or exchange will be accepted for change of mind, color variation, or size preference.

7. Refund Policy

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, text, and designs are the property of Prijosree.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.

Any misuse of the website or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We do not share customer information with third parties except as required to process orders.

We have a 3-day exchange policy in case of damages only, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Perception of quality is subjective, no exchange/returns will be entertained for this reason

No exchange can be made for personal liking preferences of the product

Product unpacking video is a must for initiating any kind of complaints 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Always film a video while unpacking to authenticate that it is our product

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products that include Ready to wear sarees, custom-made blouses, and luxury wear sarees (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Refunds are applicable only on stock-out products, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
